Surprise!
We've been working for some time on a whole new look and feel for Blogarithm.com, and it's finally available to the public! Can you tell we're excited? We've done our best to make things look great as well as work more cleanly. And, it's really just the beginning! So we hope you enjoy what we've done, and will stick around to see what else we have in store.
An important feature to consider is the new set of Blogger Tools. Forms are now available in more standard sizes.
Btw, we'd love to hear any comments and/or suggestions that you might have regarding the current site or future functionality.
P.S. Those of you who have Blogarithm.com forms on your websites, or see one regularly, will also notice that we've upgraded those graphics as well. Enjoy!
Posted by Max Minkoff at June 15, 2005 02:05 AMIs there a way for me to track who are subscribed to my blog?
Posted by: jocelyn on June 16, 2005 02:16 AMJocelyn, because of privacy issues, we can't give a list of subscriber emails to you. We are considering adding tools for bloggers to track the number of people who have subscribed. Would that be of interest to you?
I love this. Congrats!
Posted by: Jen on June 17, 2005 02:30 PMYes providing stats will be even better. I hope you can install this feature soon. Do you have a mailing list that I can join so I'll know when this feature is available already?
Posted by: jocelyn on June 21, 2005 01:17 AMHi Jocelyn, I can't promise when a statistics page will be available. But we will announce it on this blog when it is. The best way to get updates is through Blogarithm. You can subscribe to this blog using the form in the right-hand column.
A very nice initiative...
looking forward for the new tools...
Regards
Shipra
@Andy MacDonald:
New sizes....hmm. could it be that you scratched the size of your box I use on my blog? That is bad, you only seem to have kept a smaller and a bigger size, but I think "The old" size was just perfect, it should return to your tools!
Just an opinion...
Hope for your reply.
thanks in advance!
I dunno - the animated talking icons are kind of creepy. I have the feeling they're going to leap off the screen and chase me like Pac-Man.
Posted by: Greg on July 31, 2005 11:56 PMFirst question-does html work on this blog?
I am going to try your new service! It looks like something I have been looking into for my new venture. I have tried LiveWire by Tucows but on weblogs it didn't seem to work in either IE or Firefox. It showed the whole page changed everytime I used the feature.
The new venture we are pursueing is a dynamic search engine that searches on a persons ideas of what they want in a blog. I first blogged on alsoalso in open thread about blogging and the community but the links failed to work properly so my diary at rdrradio @ dailykos has some interesting ideas about blogging IMO. Especially check out Communities I and II.
